If you wish to customize this rectangular design into a square one, it is possible but the customization fee of S$28 will be applicable. However, a good news for you is that we have a Facebook fans promotion, which you could simply join us as a FB fan and this S$28 will be waived.

Yup, please order as per normal via the order form, and place a short remark there with “Customized size, FB fan ID: xxxxx”.
It will take 7 days for the delivery. However, in view of the short coming week due to Xmas, the delivery will be made likely on 29th Dec.

Based on your website infor, the picture should wrap around the wooden frame to give a 3D effect. But the pieces I got were wrapped with a green (and sticky) ribbon sticked to the frame. In addition, the black flannel made our newly painted wall dirty while we tried to hang the pictures. But generally happy with the delivery and quality of print.
Hi Polly: We have since improved our manufacturing process and material, so now the product will not be leaving any stain on the white wall, and the sticky problem has been resolved with better quality control over the glue.

Hi Peggy, it will be quite tough for us to create a whole new design as we do not have adequate expertise in art creation. As we provide custom print service – we are essentially working on image files that are provided by customers. There are many customers who choose one of the existing designs from our gallery to make further customization. Do you wish to consider that instead?

Hi, I like some of the design (3 piece sq) but prefer to have a more subdue clock face than the one shown on the design (numbers or marks). Can I choose the clock face with transparent dots instead?

The Picture hanger from 3M might be suitable (and easy to be installed) but we couldn’t guarantee that they could hold the weight that 3M claims. It is available in NTUC Fairprice Xtra, or HomeFix stores (e.g. Marina Square).
For your information,
> Smallest square piece 28x28cm, the weight is about 600g.
> Medium square piece 36.5cm x 36.5cm, the weight is about 2kg per piece.
> Largest square piece 46cm x 46cm, the weight is about 3kg per piece.
> Small rectangular 25cm x 35cm, the weight is about 800g per piece
> Large rectangular 35cm x 50cm, the weight is about 2kg per piece

You could consider our Cash on Delivery payment option, of which you could place the order with us and make cash payment when the delivery is sent to you at your doorstep. This is an additional service by the courier company so we will have to impose a small surcharge on the payable amount. Hope it helps!

Yes we ship to US via International Air Parcel. However, the free delivery will not be applicable as we will quote you the actual postage. It will generally take 9 to 14 days to arrive at US.
