Our Warranty

- For defects or physical damage on the clock upon delivery (within 7 days after receiving the product), we will provide free-of-charge replacement on the clock component.

- For defects excluding physical damage due to usage problem within 12 months after purchase, we will provide free-of-charge replacement on the clock component.

- For damage / scratches / unsatisfactory condition on the painting and wooden base upon delivery (within 7 days after receiving the product), we will provide free-of-charge replacement of the painting along with the wooden base

- For unreasonable deterioration of the painting (e.g. peeling off) within 12 months after purchase, we will provide free-of-charge replacement of the painting along with the wooden base

A detailed warranty card will be included with the product.

Post-sales Support

- If you wish to purchase the clock or clock pointer after the 12-month warranty, please contact us at postSales@hOurStyle.com.

- The clock will be sold at S$6 and the clock pointers will be sold at S$4, including postage charges. The original design may not be available but we will ensure that the size and specification is compatible.

- You may contact us at postSales@hOurStyle.com for further inquiry on the product (e.g. clock replacement, cleaning instruction etc.)
